It sounds like you're going through a very challenging time. Consider speaking with a therapist to address your postpartum depression. Try to find small moments for self-care, even if it's just a few minutes a day. Simple activities like reading, taking a walk, or practicing deep breathing can make a big difference. Reach out to family and friends for help. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance, whether it's for childcare or just someone to talk to. Establish a daily routine to create structure for you and your son. Predictability can reduce stress. Finally, have an open discussion with your partner about your feelings and the need for more support, even if it's small changes.

I can understand how difficult it is for a mother to look after a toddler. He may develope habit of kicking, running, throwing things etc. because of his newly developing motor skills. You may feel stress and down, but it doesn't mean you have postpartum (because postpartum will start at the time of birth and lasts 2 to 3 months. Psycho-education & parental training will improve your coping skills. Since there's not enough information, it's difficult to say what you should do.
