I use an eclectic approach in my work with clients, borrowing strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Affirmative Counselling. I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and self-esteem issues. I think of myself as direct, intuitive, creative and ambitious. I am learning to approach every situation, person and life with curiosity and not judgement. I believe that therapy is a space where we learn how to befriend cast out parts of ourselves, which is a skill that requires practice and intention.
