I am Sakina, and with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, a Post Graduation in Counseling Psychology, and a diploma in Arts-Based Therapy, I firmly believe in the holistic nature of healing. Recognizing that healing occurs on multiple levels, I adopt a comprehensive approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. In my practice, I integrate various forms of art therapy, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to support and guide my clients.
